Document Tracking System (DTS)
a web-based application that will facilitate the tracking and status of various official documents of the Municipality as they flow from one department, division, unit, or section to another.
Business Permit and Licensing System (BPLS)
a web-based application that will automate processing of business permits and licenses to provide a systematic and efficient delivery of services to business entities and individuals within the municipality. The software will process new and existing business permits or licenses and generate various reports useful for planning and monitoring purposes. This is a strategy that will assist the LGU in the enforcement of proper collection through an accurate and timely manner of computing of Business Permits and Licenses. The System will boost revenue generation of the LGU as it shal be able to keep track of the differen business operations prevailing within its jurisdiction. This will also promote greater efficiency in LGU operation as some information entered at the Treasurer’s Office can readily be made available to other units involve in licensing. Faster processing of applicatin for permits will also result to greater investor satisfaction and higher confidence in the LGU.
Time and Attendance (T&A)
a user-friendly and cost-effective system that tracks and monitors the tardiness, under time, absences and payable time of all time reporters. The design includes dynamic viewable and printable reports which could be used by each user and Human Resource. Future version of the software will include biometrics hardware which will match an employee’s fingerprint data stored in the database and capture associated time for attendance and other HR requirements and reporting.
Generalized Government Accounting System (GGAs)
this system is composed of several modules such as accounts receivable, accounts payables, general ledger, purchases, disbursements, financial operations, receipts, cost monitoring, and expenditures. Real Property Tax, Assessment, and Treasurer modules can be designed for COA, BIR and other agencies. The system can also link with Time and Attendance and Payroll Systems.
Legislative Ordinance Indexing and Tracking System
a database-driven application that will provide secure electronic storage and faster retrieval of the municipal ordinances of the local government unit. The system will provide a uniform look of ordinaces issued to requesting parties and a user-friendly interface in managing recordsvof ordinances.
Barangay Management & Information System
provides a database and statistical analysis of the present profile of each barangay to determine its minimum basic needs and services to the constituents of a LGU. Aligned with this barangay information system is the provision of projects to meet the minimum basic needs of each barangay. Secondary concern is to have an updated database of all barangay data and concerns and upgrade its internal operation systems for an effective delivery of basic services and betterment of all barangays and welfare of the people of an LGU.
